The tech arrived on time, fully equipped, and dived right into the issue. It was clear they'd worked on KitchenAid appliances before—felt like they knew these machines inside out. The repair was thorough yet speedy, and the tech took the time to explain things in a no-nonsense, straightforward way. I appreciated that. Before I knew it, my dishwasher was running like new. Can’t say enough about their professionalism and attention to detail. By the end of the visit, everything was working smoothly, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service.
