So, figured why not give 'em a shot. Booking an appointment was a breeze, and before I knew it, the technician, probably Mike or Mark (I sorta missed his name), was at my door right on time. Super friendly. Real talker, made it all seem less daunting. He checked out the water heater, which I think is a Bradford White, and explained what was up like he was narrating a story. Loved it.
